Strengths of GPTWÂ® recognition include high participation rates in employee surveys and high scores across all assessment areas including diversity, Covid-19 health and safety metrics, employee experience integration, reliability and working environment. In addition to working from home, Teleperformance hosts operations at five facilities and customer sites in Istanbul, BalÄ±kesir, Usak, Antalya and Diyarbakir.
With the world still facing employment challenges and disruption from the Covid-19 pandemic, obtaining GPTW 2021 certification from Teleperformance in Turkey is a remarkable achievement, especially under conditions of continued lockdown.
